If I was to go over every facet about myself, I promise that there would never be enough to please anyone. But, in any effort I shall do my best to explain what I can about myself and the things that I do and enjoy. Online, I go by the name Contention; this name derived from long ago when I was much younger. I believe I came across it one day while looking through dictionary.com. The true meaning of Contention means a conflict between two or more people, but I do not follow the term of my name. In reality, I wish everyone the best happiness that they can possibly and ever have. After awhile, my online name grew a middle and a last section to fill itself out to be, "Contention Ardor Physe", which when stated means War Peace Soul. Three conflicting things, and I never use this except when asked if I have more to my name.

I started going online very long ago, when I was much younger and a rampid Matrix fan. There are so many out there, I never believed my eyes when I started getting into the movies. For some reason the idea of the world being controlled by robots interested me. After awhile though, my likings changed to a game called "American Mcgee's Alice". This game focused on the darker side of the world of Alice in Wonderland. One reason I became obsessed with it had to do with the Cheshire Cat. Something about his wicked voice and tone pulled me straight into the game, and I was left that way for many a month. Finally, I came across a site known as Yoshi's Corner; introduced by a friend. I have been there for only a few months, and have found it to be one of the greatest experinces out there.

My real life experinces are not as exciting as one may wish them to be. I was born in Indiana and have lived here my whole life. It's nothing more but a city, suburbs, and corn. Not to many people move here unless their job makes them, and even then I am sure they don't wish to stay. There isn't to much here, and I've always wanted to get out and see the world for what it is. I've always been curious as to seeing other countries and seeing friends from far away. I'm currently on my way of finishing up High-School, which has actually been going quite fine. I am also in a choir at our school known as "Kings Court", there we are required to dress up in old Medieval style clothing. In my heart I have always enjoyed dressing up in those things, I don't know why and its hard to explain. Oh yes, and my real name is David. Plain and simple many have told me.

I have many intrest, which range from far to wide. I love to try to write poetry, yet in my own mind I fail many, many a time. There are so many great writers out there and so much inspiration. Art has always been appealing, yet I can not follow any forms of it to greatly. From time to time I try to draw, yet those are rare; and other times I can try to form a little song. None of my artistic skills have really gone anywhere yet thats never bothered me. In truth I just love seeing what everyone out there does and has. There is so much beauty in art that people draw these days, times really have grown in such a long expansion. Another intrest of mine is in a since "Philosophy", I've never had the chance to really dig into the life and ideas of past writers but have studied over them. Such things are more less opinion to find an answer, I've always enjoyed debating over subjects in a fun and peaceful manner.

Due to a friend of mine, I found a love of furries; though small there has always been one thing that catches my heart about it. When seeing pictures of fursuiters I smile to know that their are good people out there in the world doing what they enjoy to do and having fun with it. Other than that, I love the art forms that surround it and the idea based behind it; yet I could never come to say that I'm a true fan. More-less I watch from a far sideline and enjoy what I can view.

Contention, my character, is easily nothing more but a Lizard; of whom was first based off a game idea. Over time he was shifted to have a tall yellow body with a tail just as long. Fronds that also bask the top of his head, and red markings on his chest, neck, and eye. The persona around him is one that wishes for happiness and justice in times of grief and misfortune.
